Building Tangible Leads For Real Estate Agents

building tangible leads for real estate agentsAs a full-service marketing company, Clear Webb offers Real Estate Professionals services with the goal to generate tangible leads. We will help build professional relationships through social media networks and generate a sustainable following through the likes of Facebook and Twitter.

Think of social media marketing in terms of advertising and cold calling. For example, your business Facebook fan page is like having an ad in a newspaper that appears on page three every single day of the week, and it runs for as long as you want. Changing the ad, or Facebook page, is as simple as posting a blog, coupon or discount or a new picture. With each new post, people who have “liked” your page will see the change appear in their timeline. And if they “like” your new post, their friends will see your post in their timelines. Basically, your new posts on Facebook will spread faster than a rumor at a junior high school.

We work with you to build your business Facebook fan page. Our creative team will build a custom, cutting edge page that clients and potential customers will flock to every day. We will create keyword generation that will garner “likes” in a natural way. That is, the people who “like” your page will be those interested in your services, not just random people.

From there, our content specialists take over, and through the use of our dashboard, begin posting on your behalf. We will post relevant blogs, status updates and new photos and graphics. All content is crisp, clean and is sure to command positive attention. The Facebook service includes up to 20 listings, including both properties for sale and rentals. We then turn our attention to Twitter.

In terms of cold calling, think of Twitter as a phone, and every tweet you post is a cold call to a potential customer. As any good salesperson knows, you start a conversation with something light and relevant, you don’t just jump into a sales pitch. Your tweets work in the same manner, the idea is to post content that catches the attention of your followers. You then steer them to your company website, or Facebook page, by inserting a link. The beauty of Twitter is that some of your tweets will be retweeted by your followers. When your posts are retweeted, followers of those who retweet see your original post.

Once your Twitter account has been created, we begin to establish business relationships. Just like with your Facebook page, we build followers in a natural sense, thus ensuring a following based on curiosity and need as opposed to one based on social popularity. Basically, we work to garner followers that are interested in your services, not those who follow just for the sake of hoping you follow back.building tangible leads for real estate agents

Again, this is where our content gurus take over. We begin sending out tweets on your behalf. Our tweets are aimed to create a curiosity and buzz regarding your services. The tweets will include links back to your website, Facebook fan page and any other relevant sites. Like the Facebook service, the Twitter service includes up to 20 listings, this includes properties for sale and rentals.

If you have an existing website, we can improve it. If you need to create a website, our creative team will build a dynamic, interactive website sure to draw interest. Our content writers will generate one blog per week on your behalf. The blogs will offer relevant and timely information concerning your industry and all blogs will be posted to your Facebook page and tweeted out throughout the course of the week. Through our social media marketing efforts, your website will see a notable increase in traffic.

We include 30-minute weekly meetings to help you build these new relationships. And because all our marketing is done through the dashboard, you can log into your account at any time to view our updated, easy to read reports. Our dashboard tracks everything from clicks to shares to comments about your business and services and so much more. You can turn the headaches of social media marketing over to the professionals at Clear Webb knowing that we will generate not only more, but better, leads.

How to Engage With Customers on Facebook

how to engage with customers on facebookCustomer engagement through Facebook is so very different than the traditional means of phone, face-to-face conversation or even email. Sometimes you can’t think of what to write, or you just don’t know how to properly engage with customers. You have worked hard to gain Facebook fans and you have utilized the “like” button with skill and finesse, now it is time to engage.

Let’s begin by doing a little homework. It’s now time to play detective and discover just who your Facebook fans are and what they like. An easy icebreaker is finding, and discussing, a common interest. This can be something as simple as liking the same baseball team or television show. You might even discover you are not the only person who thinks the Cubs can win another World Series.

Try mixing in other media to help in the engagement process. Try posting a couple of video testimonials on your page, this gives you a good starting point when people ask about your company, products or services. Interesting pictures and relevant blogs also compel curiosity, which often leads to engagement.

Check your page as often as possible; you don’t want a customer comment go unnoticed for days. Keep in mind that your responses are out there for everybody to see, so choose your words wisely.

Contests or promotions are great ways to encourage engagement. Try offering a discount on a service or product and watch as comments and questions keep popping up on your screen.how to engage with customers on facebook

Take a close look at your Facebook page. Is it all suit and tie looking? Don’t be afraid to give your page a personal look and feel, you want to come across as human and not a corporate robot. There is nothing wrong with a picture of your cute puppy or a blog about your favorite restaurant.

One last thing, change things up as often as you can. Always look for new and different material to post on your page. Update status is a given, that should be done at least once a day. You should be posting blogs and photos to your page on a weekly basis. You just might be surprised how many “likes” your puppy gets that turn into paying customers.

Simple Ways to Get More People to Your Website

simple ways to get people to your websiteYou created what could easily be one of the most fantastic websites the Internet has encountered. It’s full of color and great pictures, it scrolls with grace and the content is top class stuff. You have registered your site with all the appropriate search engines and all meta and title tags are filled out. Now, you need to find a way to drive traffic to your site and here are a few easy ways to do just that.

The first thing you need to do is make sure your website is listed everywhere possible. Sure, you put in on your letterhead, newsletters, business cards and in your advertising, but that’s just scratching the surface. Consider investing in little trinkets to give out to the public sporting, along with your company logo, your website. Pens, letter openers and bumper stickers are an inexpensive way to get the word out, or for a few more dollars you can go with baseball caps, coffee mugs or t-shirts.

Make a list of all the newspapers, trade publications and other media in your community. Try to get mentioned or reviewed in these publications. Many local newspapers run weekly business briefs free of charge, all you need to do is submit a write-up about your company. And don’t forget to include your website address.simple ways to get people to your website

Another inexpensive approach involves a visit to your local sign company. Have a magnetic sign with your company logo and website made and proudly display it on the side of your vehicle. You would be surprised by how many people will see this each and every day.

If you have the funds, perhaps you can sponsor a local youth sport team. Just imaging the exposure you will get from a dozen 12-year-olds running around the mall wearing their soccer shirts with your website planted on the front. Because remember, those kids will wear those shirts everywhere, not just to the games. And don’t forget to get one for yourself, because a mesh soccer shirt goes well with anything.

How to use Twitter to Build Leads

how to use twitter to build leadsThough such a simple tool, Twitter can be a powerful way to build leads for your business. Here is how sales professionals can use the Twitter machine to connect with prospects that could become paying customers.

Before you jump right into the realm of tweets and retweets, you should do a little homework. Create a list of existing clients, customers and prospects, search for them on Twitter and follow them. As the list of those you follow grows, so will the list of people following you. Now, take some time to study what your followers are saying, this is a good way to get to know them at some level.

When you feel confident about what Twitter is all about; then it is time for you to tweet. Some things to keep in mind while you build a strong following; there can be a fine line between engagement and annoyance. Make sure your tweets are relevant; after all, you want to pique interest, not bore to death. Try to avoid retweeting too much, and please don’t sound like a robot by sending out generic messages, be unique.how to use twitter to build leads

As your audience expands, the more likely you can connect on an individual basis. Check to see who is retweeting your content or those who tweet directly to you, then begin a more personal and meaningful engagement with them.

As these relationships become established, steer these prospects to your website or even your email address or phone number. From there, it’s all up to your mad closing skills to seal the deal. Good luck.

What is Social Media?

There is little doubt most people reading this probably feel insulted that somebody thinks they don’t know what social media is all about. Before you lay judgment, are you aware of the sheer amount of social media sites available at your disposal?what is social media

Social media is defined in Wikipedia as media for social interactions, using highly accessible and scalable publishing techniques. Comparing social media to traditional media we discover the latter pales in aspects such as quality, reach, frequency and usability. Basically, social media is a superior platform that can be used for more than just socializing with your friends.

Businesses are using new and innovative ways to utilize social media as a way to market and brand. Marketing via traditional media was pretty straightforward, create a superior campaign, buy ad space in newspapers, magazines or television, cash a juicy bonus check and go home to dinner. Now, there are the concerns like:

Which sites should I post to?

When is the best time to post?

Is anybody reading our posts?

This list could go on indefinitely. What is clear is that you now realize that a simple definition of social media doesn’t necessarily make it easier to comprehend. And this is the reason so many businesses rely on third parties to assist them in social media marketing.

The professionals at Clear Webb and The CW Dashboard are experts in social media marketing. We act as mentors, teaching you how to get the most from your social media marketing campaigns. Let us help you increase your inbound traffic and lead you to marketing bliss.

Facebook’s New Replies Feature Encourages Engagement

One thing businesses want to see more of in their social media marketing campaigns is customer engagement. And it looks as though Facebook just implemented the perfect feature for that. On March 25th, Facebook announced the imminent launch of a new feature that enables users to reply directly to comments left on their page.Facebook’s New Replies Feature Encourages Engagement

You will have the ability to reply directly to comments left on your page. So, instead of posting a response to a friend’s comment after new ones have been added, you are able to address each individual comment. These responses will also be posted under the original comment. Conversation threads will then be re-ordered by relevance to the viewers, and will appear differently to each individual based on their connections.

This change is sure to affect businesses in a positive way. The prospect of potentially reaching over one billion users is indeed dazzling, and keeping comment threads open for a longer duration is bonus. Whether your company wants to promote a person, service or product, the new Facebook replies feature is a key way to amass, and engage, a large audience.

Advantages of Scheduling Your Social Media Posts

Newspapers, magazines and other tangible publications find it absolutely necessary to stick way ahead of schedule when planning for specific events like holidays and the NCAA Tournament. That is, a magazine’s December issue, which more than likely has Christmas related content, begins planning as early as August or September. Granted, much of this has to do with publication deadlines, something not so critical in the realm of social media. But this is indeed a practice that should be embraced by those who campaign through the likes of Facebook and Twitter.advantages of scheduling your social media posts

Planning ahead for upcoming social media campaigns is probably a no-brainer for most companies. However, many smaller companies who cannot afford the luxury of a full-time marketing team should do a better job of planning their campaigns well ahead of schedule.

For instance, after the July 4th holiday there is really nothing going on until Thanksgiving. This is the perfect time to hammer out unique and brilliant social media marketing campaigns for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. If you wait until November to think about your Thanksgiving marketing scheme, you will soon discover that with the holiday season quickly approaching, you are pressed for time.

Why Small Business Should Automate Their Marketing

A recent study conducted by Vertical Response suggests nearly half of small business entrepreneurs spend over 6 hours per week marketing through social media. It would seem if so much effort is being put into social media marketing, small businesses must be reaping tangible results. But this is not always the case.why small business should automate their marketing

One problem, according to an article published in Forbes, is small business owners fail to track their social media marketing results. Perhaps because so much time and effort being put into the actual campaigns leaves little if no time to track results. Regardless, failing to track campaign results will indeed prove to be a beast, further hampering any efforts in staging a successful marketing strategy.

There are other failures small business owners face when grappling with social media marketing. For instance, half of small businesses fail to post, or even have, a LinkedIn page. This is an utter outrage as LinkedIn is a social media website heavily influenced by the business community and one of the easier sites to maintain an updated presence. That is, unlike Facebook or Twitter, which demand frequent updates to maintain engagement and relevance, it is perfectly acceptable to update on LinkedIn a mere once or twice a week.

Yet another example of a social media marketing gaffe is the finding that since only 36 percent of small businesses utilize analytical or scheduling tools, many owners have no idea their return on investment (ROI). This is a frightening figure that certainly implies that the majority of small businesses are oblivious to the fact they are probably just stumbling their way through the social media process.

In light of these findings, it is quite obvious small business owners need to look for solutions to their social media marketing woes. The professionals behind Clear Webb and The CW Dashboard offer a comprehensive solution to the social media marketing problems that plague small and medium sized businesses.

We teach you how to do all your social media marketing in 5 hours or less per month. You can now use that time saved to focus on the other critical duties every business owner faces each and every day.

How to Create Your Official Facebook Page

There are over 1 billion active Facebook users in the world.

Americans spend 8 hours on Facebook every month.

Introducing Auto-Que, Our Dashboard’s Newest Feature

With the recent release of The CW Dashboard’s newest feature, Auto-Que, social media marketing is now more proficient than ever. Auto-Que is an intelligent new way to schedule content for publication to all your social media platforms. This release will work great for all our clients and is part of our training course for small to medium sized businesses, “Doing your Internet marketing in less than 5 hours per month for less than $300.00.”Introducing Auto-Que, Our Dashboard's Newest Feature

The concept of posting to social media sites at the most optimal time is certainly not new, but it is indeed the preeminent way to ensure your messages are sent at the most likely time to be seen and read. Here are the ways this powerful new feature will enhance and improve the overall effectiveness of your social media marketing strategies and campaigns.

Best Time to Post

The tracking features within the CW Dashboard use data from previous posts to determine the most likely time customers will engage. That is, at what specific times will a particular post garner the most attention?

Auto-Que gathers this critical data and will determine when content should be posted. And it is not just a time frame breakdown, but is also further sequestered by each specific social media platform. For instance, the optimal time to post on Facebook will differ from the most optimal time to send out a tweet.

Our Auto-Que feature not only tells you the best times to post, it breaks down best times to post according to the day of the week. Whereas Friday afternoon might be the best time to tweet, Tuesday morning may be the optimal day and time to post to LinkedIn.

Smarter Marketing

Social media marketing is best served by implementing a strategy to not only reach consumers, but also maintain a high level of engagement. Typical automated message systems allow you to send messages or posts in generic recurring hours. Basically, you can set the system to post a tweet every 2 hours for the next several days. While this is a handy tool that saves time, posting tweets at 3a.m. is utterly useless.

Through the use of Auto-Que, your messages and posts will vary from day to day. You will post that Facebook update when it is most likely to be read, and that tweet will post when it is most likely to be seen, read and responded to. Smarter marketing that saves time and increases your ROI.

Detailed Reports

Just like all the reports available on The CW Dashboard, the Auto-Que reports are rich with relevant and critical information. You are able to access detailed reports specifically for the campaigns assigned through the Auto-Que, eliminating any need to extrapolate specific information from one gigantic all-inclusive report.

Other fantastic features included in our Auto-Que include:

  • Unlimited messages created and stored in the que
  • Ability to share messages in the que with team members if using multiple accounts
  • Works with the RSS auto post feature
  • Introducing Auto-Que, Our Dashboard's Newest Feature

Ways to Utilize the NCAA Basketball Tournament in Social Media Marketing

Utilize the NCAA Basketball Tournament in Social Media MarketingEach March the NCAA basketball tournament trumps all sporting events, including professional basketball and hockey. Even those with absolutely no clue what a Hoosier or a Hoya is, will happily fork over a buck or two to boast the privilege of filling out their very own tournament bracket. Odds are there are a few pools circulating in your office right now.

With the tremendous popularity of the tournament, there can certainly be ways to tie it in with a marketing campaign. Don’t let just the big corporations cash in on this opportunity, transcend the sport, embrace basketball and produce a campaign to fit your business needs.

What’s in a Name?

Contests are a fun way to get your Twitter followers or Facebook friends to engage and interact. Try running a contest to see who can name the most mascots for each of the 64 tournament teams, and offer the winner a discount on your products or service. Better yet, send out or post individual pictures of mascots asking your clients for its name and the school it represents.

For an educational twist, pose questions to your social media community like “What year was Georgetown University founded and by whom?” or “What percentage of students at North Carolina are male?” There is no rule that says marketing can’t be both fun andUtilize the NCAA Basketball Tournament in Social Media Marketing educational.

Fun With Brackets

For the majority of the population, filling out the NCAA bracket is a crap shoot at best. Have your employees fill out several brackets and post them on Facebook or on your company website and have clients and customers vote for which bracket is best. The winners all receive some token gift, coupon or acknowledgement, like your company will follow the winners on Twitter for a month.

Try something unconventional, separate the 64 tournament teams by region and have your social media audience simply pick which region will carry the most teams the deepest into the tournament. This approach will appeal to those who may not even know college basketball is a sanctioned sport.

Beat the Sportscasters to the Punch

Games are played throughout the day on Thursday and Friday for the first two weeks of the tournament, take full advantage of this. Assign an employee or two to tweet or post updates during these weekday games. The idea here is to draw attention from the sports websites to your social media sites. Twitter is a great platform to keep followers up to date in real time. Play the sportscaster and have fun with it, as will your social media audience.

Tip off for this year’s tournament is March 21st; make the best of this college basketball madness.

The CW Dashboard Embraces Franchise Businesses

As a franchise, marketing for all your locations isn’t without its trouble and tribulations. Whether you are part of a large franchise or a local chain, marketing campaigns often fall short of expectations or at times aren’t even launched by all locations. Franchisees are often times either void of marketing savvy or unsure about their role in the marketing process or rely on brand to drive business traffic. Other obstacles include lack of localized and niche marketing, lack of communication between franchisees and franchise headquarters and, of course, cost and expense.

The CW Dashboard team has launched several new features ideal for franchise businesses wanting to control the power of social media across all their locations. When developing these new features, we specifically focused on a way franchise businesses can easily manage social media for multiple locations. We studied the marketing obstacles suffered by franchises and developed solutions.

Create a Consistent Brand

As a franchisor, there is concern with the franchisee and how to manage brand at the local level. It all comes down to structure, and that is what The CW Dashboard effectively enables the franchisor to implement. We make it possible for you to write the same post for all locations, yet still able to insert custom content for each location. This means a consistent message is sent for all locations with custom content pertinent for a particular location. Imagine the time saved by posting for all franchise locations using a single message from one dashboard.

GeotargetingThe CW Dashboard Embraces Franchise Businesses

Markets within a particular franchise can differ significantly based upon location. For instance, sports-themed restaurants, whose interior décor is based on local sport teams, will certainly want Facebook posts to differ from state to state. That is, the Colorado franchise Facebook posts will differ from the same franchise in Washington. A carpet cleaning franchise might want to run a special, but target only an area recently hit with flooding. The CW Dashboard enables franchisors to market and post within a particular geographical location. These locations can be broken down by city, state or zip code.

Stay in Control

Franchise headquarters can control all marketing aspects from one location using The CW Dashboard. We make it possible for franchisors to share their local social network accounts with other users. These local team members are then able to publish to these accounts on their own. However, through The CW Dashboard, you can define users who need approval before posting. You can also create workflow and assign tasks on the dashboard. And if all marketing content is done in-house at headquarters, you can use the dashboard to publish on behalf of any location.

Follow the Tracks

Although each franchise location might very well market, publish and post on their own behalf, The CW Dashboard provides powerful tracking analytics features that generate aggregated reports for each location. You are able to see what marketing strategies are working and where there needs to be improvement. Our dashboard tracks everything from clicks to shares to comments and so much more. Use the information from these easy to read reports to ensure ever-increasing success with each and every franchise location. The CW Dashboard Embraces Franchise Businesses

White Label

Manage national campaigns through our custom made white labels. We produce white label products that look like your own; we customize everything to look like you, from the user interface to the system-generated email notifications and web domain. Maintain your brand identity without sacrificing any of the functionality The CW Dashboard offers.

Will Facebook Change Affect Business?

Will Facebook Change Affect Businessacebook announced Thursday at a news conference that it is getting its first update in years. The Facebook news feed, which lists status updates and posts, is going to get a whole new look.

Currently, news feeds show what your friends like, their pictures and whatever else they deem newsworthy. One sticking point to this means of sharing is the fact it’s almost impossible to sort through the sheer bulk of content users post each and every day. The update will change how Facebook users view their news feed content.

For example, users can switch over to specialized feeds that focus on subjects they are interested in, like music or news. Facebook co-founder and chief executive, Mark Zuckerberg, compared the website to a newspaper, stating he wanted Facebook to be “the best personalized newspaper in the world.” He went on to say his goal is for Facebook to be more engaging, especially on the smaller screens of mobile devices. Will Facebook Change Affect Business

The new design of the Facebook news feed features larger visual content, like photos and videos. Basically, the new version of Facebook can be broken down into the following three categories.

Visually Rich and Engaging Stories

Facebook agrees that big is indeed better. Photos are bigger and definitely more vibrant than ever. Marketers have long maintained that pictures are more persuasive than words, and the new feed might also keep Facebook users from burning out. A recent Pew study reported that many Facebook users take a break from the site, sometimes for weeks at a time. This “Facebook fatigue” is believed to be caused by information overload. Basically, users are fed too much irrelevant information and, in frustration, decide to take a hiatus.

By making these visual changes, Facebook hopes to keep users, especially younger ones, from migrating to other sites. But there are those that feel this new approach takes away from the social experience by taking away words. However, Facebook believes user engagement to rise with the inception of the prominently visual news feed.

Choose Your Feeds

Will the topic-specific news feeds influence the amount of time users spend on scrolling content? Perhaps, because users will be able to pick and choose specific streams to follow, creating an environment void of useless topics and irrelevant information.

As a Facebook spokesperson explained, “To make sure you’re seeing all the stories you want to see, we’re introducing several new feeds to explore in addition to the same news feed you have today.” There are feeds like All Friends, that shows everything your friends are sharing, and Music, a feed with posts about the music you listen to. Other feeds include a Following feed with the latest news from Pages you like and people you follow and Photo feed featuring nothing but photos from friends and Pages you like.

A Better Mobile Experience

The look of the new Facebook will be consistent across all devices and platforms. That is, regardless the device, Facebook will remain more unified and have the same look and feel on your laptop, as it will on your smartphone or tablet. This is good news for the one billion users worldwide that log into their Facebook accounts from their mobile devices. Will Facebook Change Affect Business

In the effort of keeping mobile and web features the same, all the new feeds will be available on both desktop and mobile platforms. This is noteworthy as the number of users with smartphones continues to skyrocket, and sales of tablets remain strong.

The Effects of the News Feed on Business

Zuckerberg likened the news feed layout to a newspaper, ironic, as this media has been slowly dying on the vine. A newspaper is divided by sections, one section for sports, one for entertainment, one for news and so on, which is what Facebook is trying to let users create. Essentially, this means users can completely bypass feeds that are of no interest to them, much like tossing the business section of a newspaper aside and grabbing the sports page.

On the plus side, from a business perspective, bigger does represent a more prominent post. It’s almost like getting a bus stop bench ad upgraded to a billboard for free. Facebook claims that users spend 22 minutes on the site each day, and hopes are for even longer engagement times with the advent of the new news feed. Bigger ads, longer engagement times, all this certainly appeals to the business community. But there is also a downside.

The current news feed sends all content through the timeline. Since you liked that local burger joint, all their updates come across your screen. With the new news feed, though you may still like the burger joint, you may very well have eliminated viewing their updates by what feeds you have disabled, thereby missing the two-for-one burger bonanza sale happening this Friday.

So, what can a business do to fully embrace the new and supposedly better Facebook? It all begins with visual content.

Embrace the New Look of Facebook

The recurring theme behind the new-look Facebook is built around visual content. As a business using Facebook as a means of marketing, it’s time to create and publish more visual content. Your photos need to be crisp, and your video postings need to be vivid and clean. That’s not to say scrap all text, but you definitely need to keep it short and to the point. Better yet, create text within wonderful, eye-catching graphics. Take a look at a newspaper to see how businesses create visually appealing ads.

Will Facebook Change Affect BusinessNow is a good time to break out and utilize the company camera. If you’re attempting to garner interest in a particular product, just snapping a photo and posting it will not create the engagement you desire. Think of photos as a verb, ad some action or a little excitement into it, make the photo more than just a presentation of a product or service.

Back in the day, captions were scripted underneath a photo, now captions will actually overlay the images. Copy needs to be kept short, as long sentences will surly distract from the visual appeal, use only key information and keep it succinct.

Plan Ahead

There remain plenty of questions concerning the impact the changes in Facebook will have in the business community. Like with any significant change within the parameters of marketing, it is best to study the effects and adapt accordingly. In regards to the specific changes Facebook will soon implement, it is indeed wise to plan ahead and begin creating new marketing campaigns based heavily in visual richness. This is the perfect opportunity to increase likes, user engagement and overall successful Facebook marketing campaigns.

What to Look for in a Social Media Dashboard

What to Look for in a Social Media DashboardWhen shopping for the ideal dashboard to implement social media marketing for your business, there are several key factors that need to be taken into consideration. It’s more than just studying the core features and capabilities of a dashboard, it’s about what it can do to increase customer engagement, monitor your brand and measure the results of your marketing campaigns.

Typical social media dashboards may indeed offer a plethora of wicked gadgets that offer the capability of sending email blasts or a multitude of tweets several times an hour, but is this social marketing, or merely a one-sided conversation between a business and a random mass of often faceless Twitter followers and people who happened to like you on Facebook? The dashboard you choose should carry the tools necessary to offer complete and comprehensive social media marketing.

Complete Training and On-going Support

The first key factor to consider is in the training and support of the dashboard. As a small business, it is unlikely there is a tech savvy employee handy at all times to resolve any potential dashboard troubles. Look for a dashboard that not only offers initial training, but also offers continuing support.

Advanced Reporting Tools

Congratulations, your business just sent out a series of 15 tweets to 15,000 followers over the course of two weeks, then you followed up with an extensive LinkedIn posting campaign. But did anybody get the message, or was in a lukewarm reception at best? Find a dashboard that includes reporting and analytical tools that measure results of your marketing campaigns. And the reports should be easy enough to extrapolate critical information like number of clicks, likes or comments about your business or brand without the need to break out a user’s manual. Also, check to see if the dashboard supports Google Analytics as it offers superior tracking tools.

Reach Out to Everybody

Not everybody uses Facebook or LinkedIn as their social media hub, there are those who enjoy the features of Foursquare and Flickr is popular among females. Check to see what media sites the dashboard supports. Those who use the less popular sites are still potential clients and customers, so make sure the dashboard you choose includes them in their platform.

Ready to Choose?

There are several companies that offer social media dashboard services, and all promise to increase web traffic, customer engagement and powerful tools. Here is a brief breakdown of what we discovered.

Hubspot is one of the more familiar names in social media circles. They offer advanced reporting tools and support many of the top social media sites. But they are the more expensive than the others, and you must sign a yearlong contract. They can be found at Hubspot.com

The CW Dashboard, though one of the smaller companies, offers a comprehensive list of social media websites on their dashboard. They have analytical tools including links to Google analytics, all at a reasonable price. Check them out at Thecwdashboard.com

Awareness Networks is great for social media marketing, except the fact they don’t include email and text message marketing on their dashboard.  And these two tools are critical in successful media marketing. Visit them at Awarenessnetworks.com.

Choose Wisely

When you are ready to enter the realm of social media marketing through an all inclusive dashboard, take the time to see what each company has to offer. A quick click of a sign up for free button just might lead to future frustration and regrets. Now, searching for that ideal dashboard  for your business is a simpler task. What to Look for in a Social Media Dashboard

Is Your Website a Zombie?

One of my favorite shows, The Walking Dead, does more than just deliver great episodes every week, the station that airs the series, the AMC network, encourages viewers to visit the Walking Dead website to interact and engage. I resisted the urge to check out the site for a long time, I love the show, but didn’t think the website would be of interest. I was wrong.

After the latest episode of The Walking Dead, I paid a visit to the AMC website and spent nearly an hour in The Walking Dead section. I took quizzes, viewed photos, read blogs and uploaded a photo of myself to see what I would look like as a zombie. The website was interested and engaging, it was so much more than just text and clip art, it was exciting and fresh and I will definitely check it out again.

Then it occurred to me, there are websites I visit because they are fun, interesting or relevant to my interest. I’m drawn to websites where I can engage or interact.  I found myself on the Progressive website and they’re not even my insurance company, but I love the dress like Flo feature.

Now, I understand not all insurance companies and financial institutions can ad the how would I look as a zombie or dress like Flo feature to their websites to make them fun and interactive, but there are things even these boring institutes can do to spice up the content.

Promote Engagement

An unchanging website is a dead website. If your website looks the same today as it did even a month ago, you could be losing traffic. Adding and changing content not only improves the experience for the visitors, it goes a long way in improving your search ranking.

Prompt visitors to leave comments or feedback by providing comment boxes, interaction is important in keeping readers engaged. It is imperative you respond to any posts or comments in a timely manner. Don’t forget to add share icons for social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

The addition of surveys, polls and quizzes will always gain the attention of the reader. Not only will you promote engagement, you will most certainly be surprised by what you learn from the readers’ responses and answers.

The adage a picture is worth a thousands words holds true in terms of the overall appeal of a website. Embed an image with a question or comment and allow for readers to comment on it and you create conversation, one of the best forms of engagement.

The Blogging Dead

One thing that can really make a website more interesting is the quality of the blogs. As a business, there are those that feel it is necessary to post only blogs that inform and attempt to sell. These blogs are both dry and boring and I can’t see any reason why anybody would want to read them. I don’t want to read a blog containing business mumbo jumbo; I want personality and rich, relevant commentary, not something drier than a Marcel Proust novel. Is Your Website a Zombie?

Business blogs are often void of any excitement or energy; they merely exist as a tool to improve search rankings. Often, the flow of the content is slower than, and in keeping with the theme of this article, a zombie navigating through a tropical rain forest. Keep readers interested by trying these few simple tips.

Readers are likely your customers; so don’t write down to them. There is no need to explain the importance of carrying auto insurance is because you might get in an accident. Just as important is to avoid heavy use of industry jargon and terms that can’t be understood without the help of Webster. And drop the professional tone; readers are more likely to engage with something that is less formal. You might want to even create an author profile, putting a face to your blogs fives them a personal effect. And don’t forget to add links and share buttons, a great way to encourage reader engagement.

Don’t Forget the Past

In the days before the Internet, companies relied on brochures and newsletters to promote themselves. Teams consisting of writers, artists and any other creative personnel available were used to produce brochures. Not to date myself, but I fondly recall the process involved producing these tri-fold masterpieces, including meetings, edits, re-edits, artwork approval, angry artists, frustrated writers, more meetings and ultimately a work of art. It was, indeed, a team effort and we produced brochures where graphics leaped off the pages, the content was thoughtful and rich with information and the artwork was original and appealing.

Think of your business website as a brochure. It’s all too easy to create your site and assign somebody to update and blog. There needs to be a creative team to keep the website fresh, relevant and bursting with engagement opportunities and titillating blogs.  Even as a small business, everybody should have a role in the upkeep of the company website.

You don’t need a website like AMC with The Walking Dead games and other interactive content. A simple straightforward design with smart blogs, quality artwork and photos and a few interactive features like surveys or quizzes and your website will enjoy reader engagement and increased traffic.

A Real Estate Professional’s Guide to Social Media

A Real Estate Professional’s Guide to Social Media

Do an Internet search on a list of the least trusted professions and it should be no surprise that Real Estate Agents often pop up on the list. And it is common knowledge that anybody can use the web to search for real estate listings, completely bypassing the need for an agent. Though it may seem the odds are stacked against you, there is good news. Social marketing can be the best tool to reach out to clients and potential customers.

In the Agent Press Report, The Death of Traditional Real Estate Marketing, it makes the point that before real estate listings were available online; Real Estate Agents were the gatekeepers. They were the ones who held that big book of listings; they were the people you needed to be in touch with to even see what was available in the market. Now, thanks to the Internet and its unlimited, unrestricted supply of information, anybody can search real estate listings, bypassing the need for an agent. As a Real Estate Agent, you are no longer the gatekeeper.

But now is not the time to fret, it is the time to re-invent your profession by harnessing the power of social media. And The CW Dashboard is the easiest and most powerful way of doing just that.

There are well over 1 million groups available on LinkedIn, and many can be used to target your specific audience. Get connected locally using geographically based groups or search for topical groups. For instance, a search for ‘home buyer’ in LinkedIn groups came in with 485 results. We will teach you how to build relations within these groups and generate leads.

Facebook provides cost-effective ways to promote your properties and grow a healthy community of potential buyers and sellers. Set up your business Facebook account, upload your email database and invite everybody to become a fan. Create intriguing wall posts to generate user engagement through comments and likes. As more comments and likes develop, your page becomes more visible, attracting more potential customers. Facebook is also an easy way to list properties that will no doubt generate even more buyer curiosity. We can teach you how to build property pages that enable listings to have their own Facebook page complete with photos and video. These pages create real time word of mouth advertising for property hunters. Marketing Warriors

Market Warriors is a weekly PBS series that features 4 pickers competing against each other to see who can make the most profit from flea market purchases. These “warriors” are experts in their respective fields. My favorite market warrior, Kevin Bruneau, is an expert in upscale antiques and Asian art. He would be the one to consult if you would happen to own a Celadon jar from the Yuan Dynasty.

While Kevin is a market warrior, the professionals at Clear Webb and The CW Dashboard are marketing warriors.

Smartphones and Marketing

Smartphones and MarketingAccording to the Online Publishers Association (OPA), over two-thirds of smartphone owners cannot live without their phone. The OPA, in collaboration with Frank N. Magid Associates conducted a study that found the population of smartphone users growing at a rapid pace. An estimated 44 percent of the U.S. Internet population owns a smartphone. According to OPA, this figure will reach 57 percent by the second quarter of 2013.

Besides making phone calls, 93 percent of smartphone users regularly access content and information. More than half of smartphone users access the Internet and check email. OPA states that there has been an undeniable shift in the way consumers access content and information.

Tracking Campaign Results and ROI

Tracking Campaign Results and ROIIn financial circles, return on investment (ROI) is quite simply the money gained or lost on an investment. According to research performed for The Social Customer Engagement Index, one of the biggest obstacles in engaging with customers on social networks was determining ROI. Tracking ROI when it concerns social media marketing campaigns might leave you wondering just where to start.

Everyone enjoys being “liked” on Facebook, and there is comfort knowing your most recent email marketing campaign was sent to 10,000 customers. But are Facebook “likes” a measurable result of your efforts? And you most definitely want to know how many of those emails resulted in tangible results.

Tracking ROI helps determine which campaign efforts work best to promote your business or gain brand recognition. Use The CW Dashboard not only to track your efforts, but measure the results.

Our dedicated account managers are there to teach you, in an easily understood manner, how to maximize your marketing campaigns. And it’s so much more than just how many people are seeing your campaigns or who is visiting your website.

Pre-templated reporting tools are available to aid the tracking process. Our powerful analytics tools automatically update every 24 hours for real-time results. You will know when the best time to launch texts and emails and how much influence your business has with your customer base and beyond.

Go Mobile With The CW Dashboard

It is then safe to assume these very same people are buying products and services through their smartphones. And they are surely interacting with others with their smartphones.

According to The Smartphone Consumer 1012, almost half of all Americans over the age of 12 who use a mobile device are using smartphones. Not all business commerce is done inside and office. Inspiration for a great Twitter feed or Facebook update can happen at any time. Then it must be asked, is your business set up to be on the go?

Creating Effective Marketing Copy

Whether your business is service orientated, like a carpet cleaning company, or a retail outlet selling dog collars, you still need creative marketing copy within your website. Remember, all your website copy, from your landing page content to the blogs, should contain clear and concise text for optimal marketing capability. Here are just a few examples to help you create effective marketing copy.

Write compelling headlines. It is critical to quickly gain the attention of the reader. On average, 80 percent of people will read a headline, but only 20 percent will read the rest of the content. Better the odds of having your content read by writing better headlines.

Journalists are taught how to write using the inverted pyramid method, keeping the most important information at the beginning of the piece. Remember, readers tend to skim to find what they’re looking for, so keep your pages or paragraphs top-heavy.

Since readers do skim, it’s important to break up the text. Keep paragraphs short and to the point and use bold text to draw attention to key words. This helps draw the reader to what they are looking for within the content.

Avoid ad-killing clichés and cut-and-paste commercial lines in your content. All businesses take pride in their staff, and most certainly consider them to be friendly and courteous. Try telling the reader specifically what your staff can do for the customer. All too often you see a business state how long they have been around. In most instances, touting the number of years your company has been in business carries no relevance.

And don’t ever forget to proofread. Nothing detracts from otherwise excellent content than grammatical errors. A comma splice or dangling modifier most likely won’t doom an otherwise well-written piece; but misspellings and fragmented sentences certainly will.

An Inexpensive Alternative to Birthday Postcards

Marketing is about automation; it is also about making your campaign personal. For example, most insurance agents send out postcards annually to their customers wishing them a happy birthday. This has been a long-standing tradition. They simply used information gathered from insurance forms and built a simple marketing campaign around it; an excellent way to gain brand recognition on a personal level. Of course, this marketing campaign wasn’t free as money was spent on postcards, printing and postage.

So imagine receiving a text from one of your favorite local eating establishments wishing you a happy birthday. And within this text was a coupon for a free dessert item. A text message from a favorite restaurant on your birthday is indeed personal approach; and it also saves a few trees. An Inexpensive Alternative to Birthday Postcards

With the CW Dashboard you can create personalized birthday wishes for your customers and clients. And with the scheduling and automation feature of the dashboard you can set dates and times to send out the texts, saving you the headaches of having to send on a daily basis. The outcome is a simple, inexpensive and far-reaching marketing campaign that will provide results.

Here is the breakdown, you and 2,999 other people “like” a restaurant on Facebook. The restaurant staff uses the information on your Facebook page to generate a text sent to you on your birthday. It’s all so simple because everything is done through The CW Dashboard. Those 3,000 likes, and using some mad math skills, turn into more than 8 birthday wishes per day. Even if only 5 percent of those birthday texts transpire to people visiting your establishment, that is still an extra 150 visits per year.

Let’s not forget about those who decide to celebrate their birthdays with a homemade spaghetti dinner at home. With the high open rates of text messaging you were still able to get your brand out there and help your company rise above the competition.

Effective Call to Action Tips

Effective call to action will enable you to connect with more of your customers to achieve better results through your marketing campaigns. You don’t have to be a wordsmith to create remarkable text, just learn a few tips to increase the chances of customer engagement.

Not to point out the obvious, but since you want to achieve an action, use active language. Words like subscribe, register and call are effective verbs. Action phrases like free consultation and contact us are also excellent ways to drive customers to action.

There is the need to implement some sense of urgency; the action should take place sooner than later. Avoid phrases like order now or call now, as they sound a bit too demanding and in some cases just plain desperate. Though sense of urgency is indeed an important factor, it’s less demanding if you give the customers a timeline like, offer expires soon.

Sometimes it helps to sweeten the deal when offering a call to action. Give the customer an added incentive to entice them into an action by offering discounts or a free gift if they act now.

Here’s something to keep in mind when writing marketing campaigns, people like statistics. Are you that 15 percent that doesn’t like statistics? People don’t like to be in the minority, convince them to click on that offer because 90 percent of our customers would recommend this product to a friend. Done deal.

Whether you want to reach your customers through email, text or social media, The CW Dashboard is the perfect platform to launch all your marketing campaigns. Check out our features page for detailed information about our dashboard and why it will make your marketing campaigns simple and successful.

Who is the Face of Your Company?

Who is the Face of Your Company?I had the pleasure of seeing Mike Landess last Saturday. I was enjoying a chicken sandwich at the local Red Robin when the hostess seated Mike Landess at the table next to me. In fact, his presence created a buzz at all the tables in our section.

Mike Landess is a news anchor for one of the local broadcasting affiliates. Some may even label him a Colorado icon. Even though I don’t watch local television news very often, I knew who he represented. He is a familiar face in the crowd, or at Red Robin. He is the face of 7 News, and every business needs a Mike Landess.

In this era of social media, a business should be more than a mission statement, logo or catchy slogan; a business needs a familiar face. Customers are more likely to engage through social media with an identifiable person associated with the company.

Just say the name ‘Flo’ and the majority of people immediately think of Progressive Insurance and the ever-jovial face of their company. T-mobile has a face, and she doesn’t even have a character name. She is quite simply referred to as the T-mobile girl. And I guarantee you have a picture of her in your mind.

It’s not necessary to hire a celebrity to be your company face, you could make due with a local customer full of charm and wit, a relationship not unlike that between Subway and Jared. You could opt for a cartoon character; hire an artist to create the face of your company. It should be of no surprise that more people know the Geico Gecko than what the acronym for Geico is.

Some companies even look within their own ranks to find that face. Snapple launched a successful campaign, using employee Wendy Kaufman as the face of their company. In fact, I can think of a rather good-looking blog writer that would be more than happy to be the face of his company.

The Facebook Gift Card

Recently, Facebook introduced its very own gift card. Labeled “A New Type of Gift Card,” it is basically a reusable gift card one can load and track all on Facebook.

You simply select a gift for your friend from a gift card and digital category. To complete your purchase, choose a monetary value and in a few days your friend will receive the card in the mail. Of course, Facebook will notify your friend immediately about the gift.

The reusable cards can hold multiple gift balances. That is, one card could have a $50 balance at Target and $100 balance at Olive Garden, eliminating the inconvenience of carrying multiple gift cards around. And you can check balances on Facebook.

As of now, just Target, Jamba Juice, Olive Garden and Sephora are involved in this venture. As the ability to gift the Facebook card rolls out gradually to the people, perhaps more retailers will sign on.

Social Selling

Social media is more than just connecting with friends. What began as a way to connect or re-connect with friends has evolved into the future of sustainable business leads and growth of brand recognition. It is also the tool to successful sales growth.

We were all caught up in the social media revolution, using sites like Facebook and MySpace to find forgotten classmates, distant cousins and new faces to connect with. Then, over time, business savvy individuals saw an opportunity; social media is an excellent platform for sales.

The implementation of the National Do Not Call Registry put a huge dent in the cold-call method; and spam filters divert untold numbers of emails to the junk bin, greatly reducing any chance of making sales. Enter social media and the opportunity to utilize it; not only in marketing, but also in sales.

You can search the web and discover pages upon pages of ways to sell via social media. The method you choose is not important. The key is before you can sell through social media, you must connect and engage with your current and potential customers.

In the past, salespeople engaged with potential customers in various social environments, including meetings, clubs and sporting events. While that interaction exists today, social media has influenced consumers’ buying decisions. Customers now have access not only to your company and products, but your competitors. This puts the customer in control.

Enter The CW Dashboard and its powerful tools. A salesperson without The CW Dashboard is as bad as not having a Twitter account or email address; all critical tools needed to thrive in your profession. The CW Dashboard enables you to better your chances of generating leads by:

  • Reaching out to potential customers across multiple social media platforms

Industry Specific Marketing

Industry Specific MarketingI had the displeasure of coming home from work to a flooded bathroom. Looking further into why there was an inch of water on the floor, I discovered the hot water heater had warmed its last 30 gallons of water; it was a goner. I needed a new hot water heater, and somebody to install it. I used my research savvy to find a solution to the problem. I reached for the phone book, and in the yellow pages, under plumbers, found the solution.

Of course, this was in 1989.

Today, I would consult Google or Bing when in need of a plumbing service. Unfortunately, plumbers and other businesses aren’t listed quite the same way as a phone book, there is no plumber tab, and Google search results aren’t listed alphabetically. I still use my research savvy to locate that plumber, and so does everybody else, but we go about it in a very different way than in 1989.

Even with the decline of yellow pages as an inbound marketing platform, we simply cannot ignore the importance of industry specific marketing.

To best establish your business on the web, you need to look at industry specific marketing. Consider types of marketing strategies set forth by your industry; then review your plan to see just where your business fits in terms of targeting your audience. Consider these points when building a marketing campaign:

Blogging

As a company, it is essential to blog using specific topics relevant to your industry. Study what topics are currently being discussed and cultivate potential customers by feeding them relevant information.

Appeal to Your Clients

It is critical that all companies engage with their current and potential customers, but the way you engage may depend upon your industry. Retailers need to emphasize on building customer relationships and it is important to let them know you care. Therefore, sending exclusive offers out to your customers is an ideal way to engage and provide them that sense of compassion.

Financial industries shouldn’t market in the same manner as retailers. It would serve financial companies better to provide advice, industry updates and trending markets rather than just offering coupons or discounts.  Again, the key focus is to enhance the business/customer relationship.

In the real estate business, blogs should be updated on a regular basis as the industry is ever changing. You should also avoid blogging about the same group of subjects. Mix up the articles about home loans and mortgage interests rates with content on kitchen remodeling or gardening tips. These subjects will invoke engagement and are certainly relevant to the industry.

Where Are Your Customers?

Find out where the bulk of your customers gather online. Research and discover what social media sites they prefer, like Facebook or Twitter, and then aim your marketing campaign at that site. There are many, many bloggers among us, draw these potential customers to your website by creating marketing campaigns that reach and engage them.

Think Outside the Box

Contractors and service-orientated businesses can benefit from using social media sites like YouTube and Twitter to engage with current clients and potential customers. Communicate with your clients through Pinterest, engaging these people using creative visual displays. It will most certainly draw attention and discussion about your company. And isn’t that what marketing is all about?

LinkedIn For Business

LinkedIn For Business

LinkedIn is a professional networking social media website with over 187 million users. The feel and nature of the site is more formal than, say, Facebook or Pinterest. If social websites were compared to the mullet hairstyle, Facebook and Twitter would be the party side while LinkedIn would represent the business front. When you want to play, go to Facebook, when you want to work, or network, go to LinkedIn. So perhaps you already have a personal profile setup on LinkedIn: but how about a business profile?

This is not a ‘how to’ feature rather than a guide on how to embrace LinkedIn and make it work for your business. After all, you should be using all social media platforms to market and brand. And LinkedIn offers unique opportunities to boost the visibility of your business and brand.

For starters, it is important when building your company profile on LinkedIn that you don’t skip any sections, make sure the process is complete. The more content you use in your business profile, the more information available for those searching.

Attract Customers

Market your business using LinkedIn groups. With well over 1 million groups available, there will no doubt be several relevant to your business and industry. Study the groups associated with your business, engage in the discussions to gather vital information and to make your business known within the groups.

Starting discussions is an excellent way to create curiosity. Users who are curious about your company are more apt to connect with you. Look to gain clout within the LinkedIn community by creating your own group. Study the groups relevant to your business and look for that niche that hasn’t yet been explored. This is a great way to get people to view your business as unique.

You are an expert in your business and your industry, use this expertise to create content for your profile. Like with any business venture, the more you put into it, the more you will reap.

Build Networks

Use articles and other content you have created to attract people. You have joined with groups and created your own, so people are connecting with you. Be sure to update your status frequently and consistently. The more active your business profile, the more visible you become.

Send invitations to those you want to connect with, start with current customers and clients and build from there. Check that Rolodex or company database and invite colleagues, vendors and anybody else associated with your business. Once connected, stay engaged and build rapport, as the relationships build, so will the number of connections.

Create a more personable company profile with employee profile links. Your employees are indeed an important extension of your business; show that you are more than just a logo or slogan. Share common interests with other people, communities and companies, and they will share in return. And what they share is important.

Gather Information

LinkedIn is a two-way street, that is, information flows both ways. As you create content and start relevant discussions, others do as well. This information is useful on many levels as there are many good ideas and information that any business can use or develop.

Also, you may very well gather information on what the competition is doing. No need to play detective to figure out what competitors are up to behind closed doors. Like with any social media outlet, it is, after all, social in nature so people are always talking. Everybody wants to be the one with breaking news or the latest trend or product or whatever, fact is, gathering information about anything associated within your industry is a much simpler process when you are well connected.

All social networks are a necessity for business needs, and each offers a unique way to present and market your business. But while Facebook may be fun, sometimes the business side of a mullet is better.

Quality Websites now Paramount to Google

Rapidly changing algorithms implemented by Google has changed the way websites are being ranked, and hit. No longer will a webmaster be able to load up links acquired through unnatural means to boost SEO. Google is now focused on ranking honest to goodness amazing and compelling websites.

Google is slapping the hands of web masters who have and continue to use unnatural means to get SEO. Google has sent out warning messages to web masters to remove links that were acquired through unnatural means by way of the Google Penguin. We heard from many dismayed folks contacting us after their sites were penalized by Google.

Here is what Google states in their blog:

“The change will decrease rankings for sites that we believe are violating Google’s existing quality guidelines. We’ve always targeted webspam in our rankings, and this algorithm represents another improvement in our efforts to reduce webspam and promote high quality content. While we can’t divulge specific signals because we don’t want to give people a way to game our search results and worsen the experience for users, our advice for webmasters is to focus on creating high quality sites that create a good user experience and employ white hat SEO methods instead of engaging in aggressive webspam tactics.”

What does this mean? Create sites that are naturally attractive and a good user experience to get a favorable ranking from Google so your site can be found on Google searches. Those who do otherwise may be penalized and lose their ranking in searches.

Developing good websites takes time, effort, and a specialized focus. Ask yourself how your website is performing, and if you are happy with the results. Are you getting enough traffic? Is your business flourishing as a result of a well designed and developed website? Were you once enjoying attention from consumers on your website, and now hits seem to be falling off?

Social Media For Realtors Seminar

Clear Webb’s new video, “Social Media for the Real Estate Professional”, explores the value of social media in marketing and branding in today’s real estate environment. Through proper planning and goal setting social media will create “word of mouth” advertising and build referral networks across multiple social channels. Properly managed daily social media activities can produce more listings, find new buyers and elevate your reputation as an experienced and knowledgeable agent. View this 10 minute introductory video to discover the basics of social media marketing and how to grow your business through the power if its reach.

Drive Rapid Knowledge Transfer with Video

Most business transactions today are initiated with an online search. Most readers of search results only take time to read links displayed from page 1. When a video link is displayed on a search, viewers are more likely to click on a video, and more likely to take action on its content. Have you spent time on quality video, only to have a minimum amount of hits and ROI results discourage you from investing in more video?

Clear Webb will use your existing video to draw in new leads, customers and sales for your business. We also provide you the option of utilizing our team of production professionals to do an on-site shoot. We can use material from your website or stock photography. Regardless of what method you choose, Clear Webb will separate your video from being an upload on YouTube, to a powerful tool that allows you to get wide exposure to your preferred audience.

Video is used today to harness the power of an organization’s world class customer service to be projected upon your clients. Video is used to answer clients questions, saving time normally spent during a consultation. Video can be viewed by multiple simultaneous potential clients. When agents are the only resource for information, and the last one is tied up with a client, more potential clients shop your competitor. Video acts as a live stand in for busy agents so you retain the interest of a potential new client.

Clear Webb uses tools to monitor viewer viewing. What’s that, you say? Heat graphs provide insight to see where viewers are rewinding, and where they are falling off so you can make important adjustments to your future marketing decisions. Wouldn’t it be great to know what your viewers want more of, and what they want less of simply by looking at the results of their view?

Video is a great way to concisely push your content in an innovative and engaging format, promote your company as an industry authority, help with your SEO and link building, build your brand reputation, increase online presence and more. In essence, video marketing has the potential to do it all, and you don’t need the budget of Steven Spielberg!!

Sales!

Let’s face it, your biggest marketing challenge is sales. Sales are what quantify a business. Reputation Management

Everyone has an opinion. Wouldn’t it be great to put an opinion to productive use? How is it then that an opinion can be used to generate leads and sales?

You’ve spent countless hours, days and months finalizing your Facebook page.  It is with great excitement that you read favorable comments. Then suddenly and without warning, you receive a dreaded negative comment, “opinion” about your product. Panic sets in and you simply delete the negative comment hoping no one noticed it.

What if you were able to trust a reputable source of content management to use that negative comment as a platform to generate leads? Hmmm, how does THAT work?

If you work in PR and branding, you have undoubtedly contributed to your team’s lead generation with case studies and testimonials. You know your client base and have used their favorable opinions to encourage prospects to use your business.

Smart customers look at feedback before they make a purchase decision.  Rather than remove negative “opinions” from your social media platform, they can be used to show potential buyers the character of your organization and create additional buzz.

Clear Webb specializes in Internet marketing. We take our service to you very seriously, making sure your business is seen, and we are prepared to assist with proactively protecting your online reputation.  Bad publicity can gain momentum quickly within online world. We monitor every mention of your brand, company and executives to inform you of any potential publicity issues so they can be addressed immediately. And by addressing them immediately, you can win over the client who wants to see the depth of your business character.

Most companies engage in online reputation management after the damage has occurred. Allow us to help you proactively protect and grow your business.

The business can highlight any special products and services on offer on the mini website. These are key aspects that can quickly influence the buying behavior of audience readers. In fact, from the mini website a business attains a high lead conversion level. More audiences are converted to buyers. This means that there are increased sales and returns on investments.

With the huge flow of fans in your Facebook For Business page, businesses need not let the traffic just navigate away from the page without buying products, knowing more about the company brand or even contributing to the products formulation features. At least, for any audience who visits the Facebook business page, a business should benefit in one way or the other.

One sure way to ensure this is to keep the audience as engaged as possible. From the moment the audience readers land on the Facebook For Business page, they should be captivated to spend more time on the site. The reveal tabs enable a business create content on the Facebook page that is viewed by existing fans only. This means that the first-timers on the page will need to come back and reveal what is on the tab.

Facebook is one of the most outstanding sources for product research information. Consumers discuss about the experience they have had on business products and services from the Facebook page. The poll feature can help collect key information about your products and services. This helps in restructuring and formulating products while at the same time streamlining service provisions.

Last but not least, even if audiences do not buy products and services, they can still be influenced in future to come back and see what is on offer. However, how can this be realized if the business does not have any lead contacts?
